Located on a spectacular waterfront
site, this freestanding art studio and garage building was designed to
complement an existing house designed by Cutler Anderson Architects. The studio space opens out to a
courtyard (with lap pool) that is defined by both structures. The studio and a loft
space have large translucent skylights.
