Bear Creek Retreat
Located on a forty acre parcel in Northern Washington State, this 2,200 SF house was designed for a Seattle family as a weekend and vacation retreat. The main living space is centrally located with bedrooms, lofts for the children and bathrooms on both ends. The linear design nestles below a prominent ridge line providing views of a state park in the near distance, one mountain range beyond, and another mountain range to south on axis with the master bedroom. A semi-detached two car garage contains a studio apartment on the second floor. Completed spring 2000.
